Location: Quitaque
Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students living in the home.
During the initial phase, couples work a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off and will eventually transition to a Placed Houseparent role, living and working with the same group of students in their own home.
