Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA seeks a married couple to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on campus with a group of about 8–13 students. This is a two-person, life-changing role requiring mentorship, supervision, and active involvement in students’ academic, emotional and social growth.
Duties include daily routines, scheduling, transportation, devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and progression toward a placed houseparent with a consistent student home.
