Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, helping them grow academically, emotionally, and socially.
Flex Houseparents begin with nine consecutive days on duty, then three days off, and may transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Excellent benefits and housing are included.
