Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring full-time Flex Houseparents, a married couple, to live in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of 8–13 students. This role provides care, guidance, supervision, and support for students’ academic, emotional, and social development.
You will lead daily activities, accompany students to Devotions and Chapel, and help manage routines and transportation. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.
