Milton Hershey School (MHS) seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on our campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes, supervise a group of 8–13 students, and support their academic, emotional, and social development.
Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, transportation, activities, devotions, and budgeting. The role transitions to a placed houseparent with a similar schedule and family-like environment.
