Wee Learn Day School in Caddo Mills, TX is looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Director to help lead our childcare program. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and families in our community. • Assist the Director in overseeing daily childcare center operations and staff management
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of childcare staff and teachers
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and childcare safety standards
• Serve as acting Director in the absence of the Director
• Build and maintain positive relationships with families, addressing concerns and communicating program updates
• Monitor and support curriculum implementation and age-appropriate learning activities
• Assist with enrollment, scheduling, and administrative duties as needed

• Director Certificate in Childcare education (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in early childhood education or childcare center management
• Knowledge of Texas childcare licensing requirements and regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Warm, nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for child development
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced childcare environment
