Location: Southmayd
Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students, helping them grow academically, emotionally and socially.
The role starts with nine days on, three days off, with later placement into a fixed student home. Both spouses must be 27+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be willing to commit long-term.
