Milton Hershey School is seeking Flex Houseparents to join a two-person team in Hershey, PA, providing housing and supervision for student homes. Duties include supervising daily routines, planning activities, driving students to events, and leading devotions with the team. The nine-on, three-off schedule transitions to a placed homemodel over time.
Couples must be married at least two years, both 27+, with a valid U.S. driver’s license.
