Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8-13 students living in the home.
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents follow a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, then three days off, with potential progression to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same students.
