Our Sandringham Centre has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our incredible team!

• Ensuring child safety & wellbeing using your active supervision skills.
• Collaborating with the team on age-appropriate curriculum implementation.
• Providing personalised attention, addressing unique learning styles and needs of the children in our care.
• Guiding behaviour through positive reinforcement for social and emotional development.
• Maintaining open communication with parents about a child's progress and concerns.
• Actively participating in team meetings for a cohesive approach to early childhood education.
• Fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere embracing diverse backgrounds in a culturally sensitive manner.

• Available to work a rotating roster, Monday to Friday from 6:45am - 6:30pm
• Hold a minimum of a Certificate III in ECEC (of ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Valid WWCC.
• Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willing to obtain).
• Working knowledge of NQF, EYLF & Child Safe Standards
• Demonstrated passion for the Early Childhood sector.

You will enjoy communicating with, and building trusted relationships with children, their families and the wider community.
