Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8-13 students living in the home.
Flex Houseparents deliver a structured, family-like environment to foster students’ academic, emotional, and social development, with a nine-consecutive-days-on and three-days-off schedule and potential placement into a permanent home
