Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, invites married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will live in on-campus student homes, supervising 8-13 students, guiding their academic, emotional, and social growth, and ensuring a family-like home environment.
You and your partner will follow a nine-days-on / three-days-off schedule, with transition to a placed houseparent role over time. Housing and meals are included.
