Our Project Engineers are responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring every detail meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Manage project controls to ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, schedules, and job costing.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely, on-budget completion.
- Support monthly forecasting, cost tracking, and preparation of client pay estimates.
- Oversee material deliveries for quality, quantity, and contract compliance.
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements.
- Represent the company in project meetings and maintain strong communication with clients.
- Collaborate with field personnel to ensure efficient and aligned project execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction engineering, field support, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration (Accounting, Finance, or Management), or a related field - or equivalent relevant job experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact clearly and effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with construction-specific software platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- This position travel is required 85% - 90% of the time throughout Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California
