Position SummaryResponsible for scheduling, coordinating, and supervising craft employees; material coordination; upholding and enforcing safety and policies and procedures. Coordinating subcontractor field operations.

Key Responsibilities- Organize and plan the day-to-day field activities.
- Supervise work performance and productivity of craft employees and subcontractors to ensure project rules, procedures, specifications, safety requirements, etc. are followed.
- Assist with selection and hiring of project craft personnel.
- Maintain daily reports such as timecards, field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence, ensuring all daily field tracking reports are accurate.
- Assist in planning work schedule, determining manpower levels, material quantities, equipment requirements, etc., at least two weeks in advance.
- Use project schedules to plan and direct field activities.
- Recognize potential changes in scope or conditions.
- Enforce and adhere to the Company’s policies and procedures.
- Promote and support a positive Incident and Injury Free Safety Performance.
- Report all potential violations of local, state, or federal regulations or permits.
- Ensure safe and profitable operation, maintenance, and reporting of all assigned project equipment.
- Assist in training and mentoring project personnel.
- Assist in company bidding opportunities including site visits, proposal writing, estimating, and scheduling.
- Perform additional assignments as directed.
- Ten plus years in Environmental Remediation, Heavy Civil, Deep Foundations, and/or Geotechnical field;
Deep Foundations preferred. - Advanced knowledge of construction engineering, codes, standards, equipment, and quality control.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
- Skilled in resolving complex issues, training craft labor, and handling challenging situations effectively.
- Strong commitment to safety, ethics, and high-quality work, with a proactive and motivated mindset.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with independent problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive on behalf of company business.
- Safety training: 40‑Hour HAZWOPER, Competent Person, 8‑Hour Supervisory, 30‑Hour OSHA Construction Safety, First Aid and CPR. Training may be provided if necessary.
This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, extended standing or walking on project sites, climbing equipment, and working in confined spaces or k conditions may vary, with exposure to heavy machinery, chemicals, dust, fumes, noise, and extreme weather. Proper PPE including protective eyewear, gloves, a hard hat, and steel‑toed boots is required. Effective communication, tool use, and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
