Company Overview
Discovery Natural Resources LLC (DNR) is a domestic, onshore exploration and production company with over 1,000 wells in operation in Texas.
Responsibilities- Reporting to the Construction Foreman, responsible for providing hands‑on field leadership for field facility and pipeline construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on or ahead of schedule.
- Directly lead and coordinate construction crews and consultants, collaborate with D&C, Engineering, and Production Operations, and drive cost‑effective project execution.
- Assist in budget development, own day‑to‑day project execution, and do so within budget while cultivating a culture that is self‑less, accountable, and never settling.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of progressive oil and gas experience, including field exposure.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role overseeing crews or contractors.
- Demonstrated experience in construction and/or maintenance activities.
