Overview

As an on‑site construction team member, you will supervise subcontractor activities, monitor costs, implement cost controls, and walk homes in various construction stages to ensure quality standards and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities- Organize, budget, and monitor the final phases of building our customer’s new home.
- Supervise subcontractor activities.
- Monitor all costs and implement cost controls.
- Walk homes in various stages of construction to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are exceeded.
- One to two years of construction field experience with general knowledge of finish construction from drywall installation to closing preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
