SITE ENGINEER

We expertise in the design, construction and development of plots, alternation and redevelopments of buildings in Athens city center and suburbs. We create building structures focusing in luxury design and top quality materials.

As we scale our operations, we are seeking a results-driven Site Civil Engineer / Construction Engineer to join our dynamic Construction Department.

• Supervise and coordinate on-site subcontractors, vendors, and procurement
• Oversee construction quality control and QA/QC standards on-site.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, critical paths, and scheduling.
• Perform quantity take-offs, bill of quantities (BOQ), and precise on-site measurements.

• University Degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Civil Engineering (AEI or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in construction supervision or as a Site Engineer.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management organizational skills.
• Fluency in professional English (written and verbal).
• Competent user of MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license for site visits.
