MEP Engineer

MEP Engineer Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates procedures for the Building Projects under construction related to MEP discipline.
• Monitors work progress, adherence to daily schedule and project schedule.
• Oversees proper execution of work by subcontractors in accordance with construction specifications, project records and work schedule.
• Collaborates with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Manages and supervises procurement or purchase of technical goods and services on construction projects.
• Participates in the preparation and monitoring of contracts, drafting of Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimate.
• Manages and coordinates the preparation of testing and commissioning programs.
• Conducts regular audits to ensure compliance with project requirements, Health & Safety standards and applicable codes.
• Prepares reports on a weekly / monthly basis and informs the Project Manager about the work progress.

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering TEI / AEI
• 5 years’ experience as a construction engineer or/and in a technical project office
• Experience in supervision and coordination of construction site works of Building projects - relevant experience in construction of office building, hotel complex and building renovation desired
• Excellent command of spoken and written English (C2)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, MS Project scheduling and AutoCAD design

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
