Holder Construction is seeking a Laborer to join our Operations team on a Wichita Falls, TX project. This full-time role supports site readiness and daily craftsmanship on the jobsite.
Key duties include cleaning and preparing the worksite, assisting safety and carpentry teams, moving materials, and loading or unloading deliveries.
Qualifications:
1 year of construction experience, safety awareness, ability to lift 50–100 lbs., and the stamina to stand or walk for extended periods.
