Strata Civil seeks a WWTP Project Manager for a 1-year rural project in Haskell, Texas. You will oversee municipal and industrial wastewater plant construction from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety standards.
Lead the budget of $10M–$100M+, manage contracts and change orders, and coordinate with owners, engineers, and regulators while overseeing procurement of long-lead WWTP equipment and the plant startup process.
