Location: Sierra Blanca
USA Rare Earth is seeking a Foreman / Field Representative for Sierra Blanca, TX, to lead on-site construction and transition to active mining at Round Top Mountain. You will oversee contractors, ensure safety and compliance, and report progress from early works through mining operations.
The role requires 7–10+ years in open-pit mining or heavy earthworks, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, and site operations.
