DFW Concrete Professionals is seeking an experienced Lead Concrete Sawing Operator to join our growing team.

Position:
Lead Concrete Sawing Operator
Location: DFW Metroplex
Pay:
Competitive compensation based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee concrete sawing equipment, including wall saws, slab saws, core drills, and hand saws

• Lead crews on job sites while maintaining safety and production standards

• Read project plans and execute precise cuts to specifications

• Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance

• Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and team members

Qualifications:
✅ Minimum 3+ years of concrete cutting/sawing experience
✅ Leadership or crew supervision experience preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of safety procedures and job site protocols
✅ Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
✅ Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions
✅ Dependable, professional, and motivated

We do big projects, but our small team and work environment is far from the typical corporate style setting.
