As we grow, we're looking for an experienced foreman/superintendent to help lead that standard in the field.
PositionSummary
The Foreman/Superintendent will run day-to-day operations on residential remodeling and custom construction job sites, supervising crews and subcontractors, keeping projects on schedule and on budget, and ensuring every job meets Mid-Coast Premier Remodeling's quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage people, solve problems in real time, and represent the company professionally with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily job site operations across one or more active remodeling/construction projects
- Schedule, direct, and oversee in-house crew members and subcontractors
- Read and work from plans, scopes of work, and specifications; ensure work matches approved scope
- Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics with the office and suppliers
- Maintain project schedules and proactively flag delays, change orders, or budget concerns
- Enforce jobsite safety practices and company jobsite standards
- Perform quality control walk-throughs; catch and correct issues before client walk-throughs
- Communicate directly and professionally with clients on progress and timelines
- Track daily progress, labor hours, and job costs; report to ownership regularly
- Mentor and develop crew members; help build a stronger field team as the company grows
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling, including 2+ years in a lead/foreman/supervisory role
- Strong working knowledge of residential construction trades, sequencing, and building codes
- Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors and keep jobs on schedule
- Comfortable using basic project management tools/apps and communicating updates in writing
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel between coastal-bend job sites and transport materials.
- Strong communication skills with clients, crew, and the office
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
