They are responsible for building and setting forms for retaining walls, pipes, and bridges while ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality in every task. Carpenters/Form Setters work as part of a team on heavy civil construction projects, using their own tools and demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and craftsmanship in all aspects of the job.
