Construction Manager/ Foreman
Location: Childress
Insight Global is hiring multiple Construction Managers to support a hyperscale data center project in Childress, TX. We are seeking experienced field leaders across several disciplines, including Electrical, Life Safety, Telecom/Network, Instrumentation & Controls (I&C), Security, and Plumbing & Mechanical.
Total Annual Compensation: $243,900 - $278,220
Position: Construction Manager (Multiple Disciplines)
Location: Childress, TX
Base Salary: $135,200 - $160,160 annually ($65.00-$77.00/hr equivalent)
Overtime Earnings: $50,700 - $60,060 annually
Per Diem: $1,120/weekly ($58,000+ annually)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 50 hours/week | OT paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
Housing: FREE Fully Furnished Housing Provided
You will work closely with design professionals, clients, subcontractors, and craftspeople to address complex coordination issues within your respective discipline. You will manage the team and lead the onsite quality control efforts, which will include document review during preconstruction through commissioning and punch list.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams across respective discipline systems to ensure project stays on schedule.
- Oversee system startup, commissioning, testing, and turnover activities while ensuring safety, quality, and construction readiness.
- Interpret construction documents, specifications, control sequences, and technical drawings to support successful project execution.
- Lead coordination meetings with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and utility agencies to drive project milestones and resolve issues.
- Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, budgets, contracts, schedules, and project documentation.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary systems with civil, structural, architectural, and MEP trades.
- Provide technical leadership, field support, and clear communication to project stakeholders throughout all phases of construction.
- Support subcontractor procurement, contract management, project staffing, cost tracking, and forecasting.
- Facilitate owner training, closeout documentation, and record management.
- Must be comfortable working in active construction environments, accessing all project areas, and maintaining flexibility to support changing project schedules.
- 5-10+ years of experience as a Construction Manager.
- Extensive experience in industrial and/or hi-tech semiconductor manufacturing projects.
- Strong expertise in at least one discipline:
Electrical, Life Safety, I&C, Telecom/Network, Plumbing & Mechanical, or Security. - Education background in materials and methods of construction.
- Experience with project management software such as Prolog, Procore, E-Builder, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Primavera Project Planner (P6).
