Security Construction Manager

We're seeking an experienced Security Construction Manager to support a large-scale, high-tech industrial construction project. This individual will oversee telecom and security systems construction activities from preconstruction through commissioning, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting complex industrial environments such as semiconductor, hyperscale data center, mission-critical, advanced manufacturing, or similar large-scale construction projects.

• Manage telecom and security systems construction activities from project kickoff through completion
• Lead field coordination efforts and resolve technical construction challenges
• Collaborate with design teams, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and craft labor
• Oversee quality control throughout preconstruction, construction, commissioning, and punch list phases
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards
• Support successful execution of complex high-tech construction projects

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience
• Strong understanding of telecom and security systems electrical construction
• Experience supporting industrial, semiconductor, or other high-tech projects
• Bachelor's degree in:
  Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Familiarity with the CSI specification system
• Experience with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, E-Builder, Prolog, or similar project management software

• LEED Accredited Professional (or ability to obtain within 18 months)
• Experience on large-scale industrial or semiconductor fabrication projects
• Additional education or certifications related to construction, engineering, or project management
