Position Summary

The Junior On -Site Project Manager (I&E) assistswiththeplanning,coordination,execution,andcloseoutofindustrialinstrumentationandelectricalconstructionprojects.

Thisroleservesastheliaisonbetweenfieldoperations,clients,subcontractors,vendors,andthehomeofficetoensureprojectsarecompletedsafely,onschedule,within budget,andinaccordancewith

Bayou Electrical Services 'quality standards.

Thispositionisdesignedforexperienced Foremenor General Foremenwhoarereadytotransitionintoprojectmanagementanddeveloptheskillsnecessarytomanagelarger ,morecomplexprojectsindependently.

Essential Duties&Responsibilities Project Coordination

Assistwithmanagingtheday-to-dayoperationsofassignedprojects.
Coordinatemanpower,equipment,materials,and subcontractors.
Monitorprojectschedulesandproactivelyidentifypotentialdelays.
Supportprojectplanning,scheduling,andresourceallocation.
Trackprojectprogressandcommunicatestatusupdatestothe Project Manager .
Assistinplanningworkactivitiestomaximizeproductivityandefficiency.

Field Operations

Workcloselywithfieldsupervisiontoensureworkisperformedsafelyandefficiently.
Conductroutinejobsitewalkstomonitorproductivity,quality,andprojectprogress.
Coordinatewithengineering,clients,vendors,andfieldpersonneltoresolveprojectissues.
Ensureinstallationscomplywithprojectdrawings,specifications,codes,andcustomerrequirements.
Assistwithprojectstartup,turnover,andcloseoutactivities.

Client Relations

Maintainprofessionalrelationshipswithclients,inspectors,andsiterepresentatives.
Attendprojectmeetingsanddocumentactionitems.
Assistinresolvingcustomerconcernspromptlyandprofessionally.
Represent Bayou Electrical Servicesinaprofessionalmanneratalltimes .

Safety&Compliance

Promoteandenforce Bayou Electrical Services 'safetycultureandpolicies.
EnsurecompliancewithOSHAregulationsandclient-specificsafetyrequirements.
Participateinsafetymeetings,audits,andincidentinvestigationsasrequired.
Supportimplementationof Job Safety Analyses (JSAs),permits,Lockout/Tagout(LOTO),andotherrequiredsafetyprocedures.
Encourageproactivehazardidentificationandcorrectiveactions.

Quality Assurance

Assistwithprojectqualityinspectionsanddocumentation.
Coordinatecompletionofpunchlistitems.
Verifyworkmeetsprojectspecificationsandclientexpectations.
Ensureprojectdocumentationisaccurate,complete,andsubmittedontime.

Cost&Documentation

Assistwithtrackinglaborhours,material usage,equipmentcosts,and productivity.
Reviewdailyreportsforcompletenessandaccuracy.
Supportchangeorderdocumentationandtracking.
Assistwithprojectforecastingandbudgetmonitoring.
Maintainorganizedprojectfilesandrecords.

Required Qualifications

HighschooldiplomaorGEDrequired.
Associate'sor Bachelor'sdegreein

Construction

Management,Engineering,orarelatedfieldpreferred.
3–7yearsofindustrialelectricalandinstrumentationconstructionexperience.
Previousexperienceasa Foremanor General Foremanpreferred .
Basicunderstandingofindustrialconstructionprojectmanagement.
Abilitytoreadandinterpretelectricaldrawings,one-line diagrams,P&IDs,andprojectspecifications.
Strong communication,leadership,andorganizationalskills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel,Word,Outlook).
Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinafast-paced environment.
Valid driver'slicensewithanacceptabledrivingrecord.
