We're seeking an Electrical Quality Control Inspector to join our team on a cutting-edge data center construction project. What You'll DoAs an Electrical Quality Control Inspector, you will partner with the QA/QC Manager and Project Management team to help ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform quality inspections throughout all phases of electrical construction.
- Verify electrical installations, materials, and workmanship comply with project plans, specifications, codes, and quality standards.
- Conduct routine field inspections and site walks to identify deficiencies and support corrective actions.
- Monitor daily construction activities and report progress, quality concerns, and project updates to leadership.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, schedules, and construction requirements.
- Support coordination between subcontractors and trades to minimize conflicts and maintain project flow.
- Track, document, and follow up on punch list items through completion.
- Coordinate inspections with local authorities, third-party inspectors, and clients.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on the jobsite.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and installations.
- Experience working in commercial or industrial construction environments.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and electrical plans.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Associate degree or construction-related education.
- 1-3 years of electrical construction, quality control, or construction field experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
- Familiarity with Procore, CXAlloy, or other construction management and commissioning software.
- Knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, and quality management processes.
- Work on state-of-the-art data center projects that support critical infrastructure.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Barstow, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
