Location:

Claude, TX $55.00 - 90.00 per hour

Schedule:

60/60/50 hours per week

Ready to lead large-scale construction projects and make an immediate impact? We are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent - CSA to oversee field operations, coordinate multiple trades, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee daily construction activities involving civil, structural, architectural, and MEP trades
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules
• Lead safety meetings, trade coordination meetings, and field inspections
• Monitor productivity, quality standards, and project progress
• Resolve field issues, constructability challenges, and schedule constraints
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, turnover milestones, and commissioning activities
• Maintain field reports, progress documentation, and project records.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, project teams, and leadership
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and site-specific requirements
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors

• Minimum 5 years of construction field supervision experience
• Experience managing large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects preferred
• OSHA 30 Certification required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks preferred

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and quality control
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
