Hand Position at Old School Builders

Old School Builders is seeking a reliable and skilled Hand to join our dedicated Field Operations team. In this role, you will contribute to both residential and commercial construction projects, working closely with a two-man crew. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, keeps job sites clean and organized, and is open to learning new skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support construction tasks across residential and commercial job sites
  • Assist crew leads with a variety of building trades as needed
  • Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites and shop areas
  • Work outside of your primary skillset and be open to learning new trades
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are met
  • Uphold quality standards on all job tasks
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with crew and supervisors

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of construction-related experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a decent driving record
  • Motivated, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Respectful team player with a willingness to teach and cross-train
  • Committed to doing quality work and improving every day
  • Clean, organized, and detail-oriented on and off the job site
  • No entitlement mentality—just a strong work ethic and a great attitude

Schedule:
