A growing design-build infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of water storage tank and wastewater treatment projects throughout Texas and surrounding markets. This role offers the opportunity to manage technically challenging projects from contract award through installation, startup, and commissioning while working with a team recognized for delivering high-quality municipal and industrial infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong construction project management experience and a working knowledge of civil, mechanical, electrical, and concrete construction practices. This individual will serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Manage projects from contract award through installation, startup, and final commissioning.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
• Review project documentation, contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate procurement activities and vendor management.
• Prepare project reports and present progress updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience with water/wastewater infrastructure, industrial construction, utility projects, or related markets preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, including civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and concrete work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Project.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and job site safety requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites as needed.
