Build and maintain project schedules.
Assign and coordinate crews and subcontractors.
Plan manpower requirements.

Monitor progress against the expected schedule and labor budget.
Inspect workmanship and identify quality problems early.
Verify critical and concealed work before it is covered.
Ensure required project photographs are uploaded and properly documented.

Maintain accurate project status and documentation in Bayfront's systems.
Coordinate punch-list completion.

Preferred experience3+ years of construction project management, superintendent, field management, or crew-leadership experience.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Roofing, windows, siding, decks, waterproofing, framing, or exterior construction experience is strongly preferred.

Experience ordering materials and managing field logistics.
Understanding of construction sequencing and quality control.
Experience dealing directly with homeowners/customers.
Familiarity with job-costing and labor-budget accountability.
Experience with construction CRM/project-management and photo-documentation software.

Proactive rather than reactive.
Comfortable holding crews and subcontractors accountable.
Able to make decisions in the field.
Able to communicate clearly with customers and employees.
