Project Manager – Concrete

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of construction self-perform work (SPW) project individuals
• Oversee end-to-end execution of self-perform work scopes
• Collaborate with SPW project teams and address escalated, complex issues
• Oversee and approve procurement of SPW-specific materials, equipment, and specialty trade subcontractors
• Communicate SPW project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders
• Evaluate SPW project performance and implement corrective actions
• Review SPW project documentation for compliance, reporting, and future reference
• Manage project costs and forecasting to support financial control and informed decision-making
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, contracts, and cost controls to achieve financial targets and mitigate risks
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment and promote organizational values

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field required
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred
• OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire required

Demonstrates expertise in managing self-perform work projects, including oversight of procurement, project performance evaluation, and financial control. Strong leadership skills foster a collaborative team environment while ensuring compliance and effective communication with stakeholders.
