Location: Canyon Lake

The Perfect Day is a luxury wedding and event planning company based out of New Braunfels, TX but service all of Texas. Our services include but are not limited to event production (such as planning/coordinating), event rentals, invitations (design, print, and mailing), florals, officiating, and bartending.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (Core Hours) 8:45am - 4:15pm

Occasional weekends and evenings - required for content capture and on‑site wedding support

Role Overview :

We are seeking a versatile, dependable, and proactive team member to support day‑to‑day operations, creative work, branding ambassador duties, and client experience of our wedding and events business. This role is ideal for a well‑rounded “wearer of many hats” who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in helping a team and company grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and follow up with inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Conduct consultation calls and in‑person sales inquiries
  • Prepare and send proposals
  • Prepping week of events paperwork
  • Be the first person that potential clients speak to on the phone or in‑person
  • Assist with updating and refining design concepts
  • Help with content creation (behind‑the‑scenes, event days, studio content)
  • Manage social media postings and engagement on all platforms
  • Send out monthly newsletter
  • Attend community outreach events, wedding shows, and vendor events as a representative of The Perfect Day
  • Help organize and manage marketing assets
  • Assist the lead coordinator on event days
  • Capture content at events
  • Updating website and social platforms as needed
