Social Media Designer

We’re looking for a sharp, ideas-driven Designer who understands that design is not just about making things look good — it’s about making people stop, feel, and act.

If you live and breathe social media, understand performance marketing, and know how to design for both brand and conversions
, we want to meet you.

• Design social media content (static posts, carousels, short-form motion graphics)
• Create paid ad creatives for Meta, Tik Tok, Google, Linked In
• Develop visual concepts for campaign launches
• Adapt master campaign visuals into multiple formats and placements
• Design pitch decks and proposal visuals when required
• Work closely with strategists, account managers, and video team
• Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Occasionally support light motion/animation for ads (bonus)

• 2–5 years of design experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio showing social content + ad creatives
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Bonus:
  After Effects / basic motion graphics skills
• Understands how to design for CTR, engagement, and performance
• Can think conceptually, not just execute briefs
• Good eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

• Like experimenting with trends (especially Tik Tok & Reels)
