Company owner and general manager Holly has over 15 years of experience in the knitwear industry, including 5 years in Bangladesh with a large knitwear supplier specializing in factory production and garment technology. Now we’re looking for a foreign sweater designer to work with us in Shanghai to help us design better sweaters.

• Product design and development - according to the customer’s product requirements, combined with fashion trends, and finish the product development work on time.
• Take part in quarterly product structure planning, formulation, and perfection - including selection of styles, colors, materials, and yarn.
• Product design and development, launch a new model every month according to the company’s requirement, and cooperate with the business and purchasing departments closely for the promotion of new style sweaters.
• Complete sampling and confirmation of sample work within the specified time; strictly control the cost of samples.
• Conduct related market research, analysis, and summary, and collect and integrate current popular information.
