Pay Range: $45 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

This resource will be responsible for writing content for the client's Claims Digital public website, communication templates, and core experiences such as filing a claim and tracking a claim.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Key Skills;"UX Copywriter", "Digital”, "Content Design", "Figma", "Claims".
Exceptional Writing and Communication Skills
Strong Project Management and Time Management
Critical Thinking
Curiosity
Figma, PowerPoint, MS Word.
Content writing for all Claims Digital experiences.
Requires working on a cross-functional team and facilitating alignment on content experience updates.
Looking for a candidate with 5 years of experience.
P&C insurance and claims experience a plus.
Prior experience writing for customer/member-facing experiences
