We are looking for a capable and friendly front office assistant to work at our reception area. In this role, your duties will include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and welcoming visitors. You may also be required to order office supplies.
To ensure success, front office assistants should possess experience in office administration and the ability to communicate with members of the public. Top-class candidates are capable administrators who make visitors arriving at the reception area feel welcome.
Responsibilities- Supervise front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for all guests
- Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction and positive experiences
- Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing information and assistance to callers
- Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing details with precision and confidentiality
- Support guest relations by fostering a welcoming atmosphere and addressing special requests or needs
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure hotel standards are consistently met or exceeded
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
