In House Marketing Concierge

About the Role

We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is a leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. This role focuses on enhancing guest experiences and promoting membership benefits at our resorts.

• Direct, face‑to‑face marketing with guests checking into resorts
• Provide concierge‑like service to all guests
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss owner updates and workshops
• Offer gifts to guests for participating in the update
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in during the shift

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience (preferred, not required)
• Maintain production standards
• Proficiency in general computer skills and smart devices
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
