Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality customer service. We offer competitive pay rates, company paid health insurance, paid time off, 401K and clothing allowance benefits.

The Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and courteous assistance. This position involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently. The representative acts as a liaison between the company and its customers, fostering positive relationships and promoting brand loyalty. Success in this role requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and clear communication.

Ultimately, the goal is to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the company’s reputation for excellent service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in telephone customer service or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform required duties effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer account management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Point-of-Sale system.
  • Demonstrated problem resolution skills in a customer service setting.
  • Multilingual abilities to support diverse customer bases.
  • Training or certification in customer service best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via telephone and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying problems, researching answers, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all account information is up to date.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM
