American Tire Distributors - - Responsibilities:
Coordinate distribution center operations to prevent customer disruption and communicate delays to customers and sales teams.;
Process funds including cash, checks, and credit card payments securely and per policy.;
Generate reports and communicate actionable solutions to mitigate delivery/inventory failures.;
Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and customer orders; escalate concerns as needed.;
Manage real-time phone escalations and respond to system tickets to resolve issues promptly.
