Customer Service Representative

Domino’s Pizza is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR). A CSR’s role includes providing excellent customer service to support our store operations.

• Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills
• Take orders over the phone and in person
• Deal with customer concerns
• Cash handling and accurately provide change
• Upsell products and services
• Make Domino’s high‑quality pizzas
• Ensure food and portion control
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Assist with food preparation and general cleaning duties

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

• Understand and give correct written instructions
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person

• Perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division accurately and quickly
• Make correct monetary change
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Coordinate motor skills between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements at speed
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
• Fumes from food odors
• Exposure to cornmeal dust
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

• Standing:
  Most tasks are performed from a standing position
• Walking:
  Short distances for short durations
• Lifting:
  Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds; lifting from floor and stacking onto shelves up to 72 inches high
• Carrying:
  Large cans, pizza sauce deliveries, trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 pounds per tray)
• Pushing:
  Trays on dollies may require up to 7.5 pounds of force
• Climbing:
  Infrequently navigate stairs or ladders to change prices, wash walls, or perform maintenance
• Stooping/Bending:
  Forward bending at the kitchen station and front counter; durations typically 30–45 seconds at a time, repeated throughout the day
• Crouching/Squatting:
  Occasional to stock shelves and clean low areas
• Reaching:
  Continuous reaching up, down, and forward
• Hand Tasks:
  Continuous eye‑hand coordination; frequent use of one or both hands; shaping pizza dough requires frequent forearm and wrist use
