Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a fully onsite role supporting branch operations, customer service, and the sales team in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers entering and leaving the branch
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cashiering duties, including receipts, refunds, pick lists, and nightly deposits
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and assist with customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain showroom organization, inventory, and checkout area cleanliness
- Utilize company systems and basic computer applications, including ERP/POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Assist with coding and general office support tasks
- Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
- Previous customer service, cashiering, sales support, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with computers, email systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with ERP or POS systems such as JD Edwards is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic mathematical and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a moderately fast‑paced environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Dependable and seeking a long‑term opportunity
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
Work Environment- Fully onsite position
- Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- No travel required
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and move throughout the branch as needed
- Must be able to maintain a safe and alert working environment
