Bank Teller
Provide prompt, efficient and friendly service to all customers
Explore customer financial needs to recommend services and products
Conduct business development visits to promote the bank’s services and products
Assist customers with banking/financial needs
Remain knowledgeable about products, fees, policies and current offers to assist customers with product suggestions
Cash handling and adherence to proper balancing procedures
Accountable for the achievement of monthly targets as assigned
Operate the cash vault according to established policy and procedures
Balance the ATM and coin machine
Assist customers through the commercial teller window
Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Required to stand or walk for extended periods of time dependent upon branch location
Schedules are prepared based on business need and subject to change at any time.
Operate a computer and other office machinery
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English
3-6 Months experience working in a customer service environment preferred
3-6 Months experience handling and balancing large sums of money preferred
Strong desire and ability to build long term customer relationships through passion, commitment, listening and understanding.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
