• Greet service customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
• Review repair orders and explain invoices when needed
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Schedule service appointments and assist with customer inquiries
• Balance daily cash, checks, credit card transactions, and deposits
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork
• Support Service Advisors and Management with administrative tasks
• Assist with customer transportation, loaner vehicles, and pick-up/delivery coordination as needed
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer lounge and cashier area

• Previous cashier, customer service, receptionist, or dealership experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent required
