KROC Associate - Part Time

• Warmly greets all people that we come in contact with throughout the KROC Center.
• Answers incoming phone calls and addresses needs in a professional and kind manner.
• Upholds KROC Center policies to maintain a safe and family‑friendly environment.
• Operates CCMS/RMS computer software for customer transactions in accordance with Salvation Army and member policies.

Ability to meet attendance requirements; read, write and communicate in English; demonstrate good physical condition and effort associated with walking, running, standing, and moderate‑to‑advanced weightlifting in a fitness center environment; lift and carry and/or push/pull moderately heavy (25–50 lbs.) materials, supplies, and equipment. Duties are performed by combinations of sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent changes basis.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience in customer relations and leading fitness and recreational activities preferred.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Safe From Harm Certification.
• Blood Borne Pathogens Certification.
• Must have or be able to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED certification within the first 30 days of employment.
