Molson Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Parts & Service Support Specialist in Texas. You will answer calls and emails from customers, service managers and technicians to identify parts and confirm availability.
You will liaise with suppliers, use help desk platforms, and assist in applying parts to service quotations. You will assign parts to work orders, coordinate with the warehouse for dispatch, track orders, and escalate health and safety concerns as needed.
