Overview
South Plains Electric Cooperative is seeking a full-time member service representative in the Spur office. This position serves as the primary contact for service provisioning, disconnects/connects, problem resolution, payment arrangements, general inquiries, and account maintenance. EOE.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary contact for customer service, including service provisioning, disconnects/connects, problem resolution, payment arrangements, and account maintenance.
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen.
- Residence within a 30-minute response time to the Spur office.
