Support delivery of Service Points programs and activities related to customer order processing, shipping, and returns in line with business plans and processes, Group guidelines and policies.

• Under limited supervision, assist walk-in customers in service points for pick-up or hand-in of shipments
• Conduct activities related to sales, service and customer satisfaction
• Gather relevant information to respond to customer inquiries related to organizational products/ services
• Process data and generate routine reports as required
• Follow and achieve compliance with day-to-day organizational procedures and processes within service point

• Vocational / Technical education or relevant certification
• Excellent command of English Language (written and spoken)
• Experience with MS Office and computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
