What does a Travel Coordinator do?
A Travel Coordinator is not a tour guide. Your role is to lead the group experience, making sure everyone feels included, safe, and part of the adventure.
You will:
- Lead small groups of travellers during WeRoad trips
- Create a positive group dynamic
- Support the group throughout the itinerary
- Help turn a trip into a memorable experience
You might be a great fit if you:
- Love travelling and meeting new people
- Are comfortable speaking English fluently
- Have strong communication and leadership skills
- Are responsible and organised
- Enjoy managing group dynamics
- Are based in Europe
